The writing-addict life

So I turned in my secret project last week. Yay, right? Oh, sure, there will be edits and copy edits and all, but that’s basically rewriting and I’m all about that. So you know, the stressful drafting stage is over. I figured I’d take a week or two off and then dive back into the WIP.

It’s been a week and I’m chomping at the bit to get back into it. I’m in Houston for a work trip and cursing myself because I didn’t print out the WIP so I can make the necessary marks for major surgery.

Making writing a habit means it becomes ingrained, which is good, but sometimes it’s hard to take time off. Which is bad.
